Sasquatch-PTT, LLC Network Terms of Use & Acceptable Use Policy

These Terms of Service and Code of Conduct (the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of all Sasquatch-PTT, LLC networks, including the Public Network and any other Sasquatch-PTT-LLC-operated channels, applications, or services (collectively, the “Service”), unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

BY ACCESSING, CONNECTING TO, OR USING ANY SASQUATCH-PTT, LLC NETWORK IN ANY WAY, INCLUDING LISTENING OR TRANSMITTING ON ANY CHANNEL, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.

This Agreement supersedes all prior drafts, policies, guidelines, or informal rules relating to the use of Sasquatch-PTT, LLC networks.

Definitions

“Sasquatch-PTT, LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Sasquatch-PTT, LLC and its operators.
“You” or “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
“Public Network” means Sasquatch-PTT’s, LLC open, community-based communication channels.
“Network(s)” refers to any Sasquatch-PTT- LLC-operated communication environment.
“Content” includes all audio, text, data, usernames, or other material transmitted through the Service.

Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be legally capable of entering into this Agreement and comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and tribal laws. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account or device. You agree to use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and safely, protect access credentials, and avoid sharing sensitive, personal, or private information.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sasquatch-PTT, LLC, its owners, officers, administrators, moderators, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
• your use or misuse of the Service;
• your violation of this Agreement;
• your violation of any law or regulation; or
• any content or communication transmitted through your account, device, or access to the Service.

Sasquatch-PTT, LLC reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with such defense.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for illegal activity; harassment, threats, stalking, bullying, or hate speech; impersonation of Sasquatch-PTT, LLC staff, emergency services, or public officials; spam, fraud, or scams; network interference, hacking, or abuse; or unauthorized recording or rebroadcasting.

Commercial Use / Resale Restriction

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, leasing, or sharing of network access, services, or communication channels for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written authorization from Sasquatch-PTT, LLC.

No Solicitation or Advertising

Users may not advertise, promote, solicit, or market products, services, businesses, donation campaigns, crowdfunding efforts, referral links, or external platforms without prior written authorization from Sasquatch-PTT, LLC.

No Fundraising or Donation Requests

Requests for money, donations, gifts, financial assistance, or fundraising are prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by Sasquatch-PTT, LLC.

No Political Campaigning

The Service may not be used to campaign for or against political candidates, ballot initiatives, political parties, or elected officials.

No Religious Proselytizing

The Service may not be used to promote, recruit for, or pressure others into religious belief or practice.

No Sexual or Explicit Content

Sexual or explicit content is prohibited. The Service is intended to remain suitable for a general audience.

Threats, Intimidation, or Violent Language (Zero Tolerance)

Sasquatch-PTT, LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for threats, intimidation, or violent language.
Violations may result in immediate enforcement action, including removal, suspension, or termination.

Code of Conduct (Applies Network-Wide)

These rules protect users and maintain a family-friendly environment:

• Family-Friendly Language: No profanity or obscene language

• Respect Others: No harassment, threats, or insults

• No Hostile Disputes: Avoid arguments and escalation

• No Disruptive Behavior: No flooding, soundboards, or interference

• Respect Channel Purpose: Use channels appropriately

• No False Authority: Do not impersonate officials

Privacy & Public Nature of Communications

Communications may be public or semi-public. Use the Service at your own risk.

Monitoring and Logging

Sasquatch-PTT, LLC reserves the right to monitor, log, and review communications for enforcement and security.

Moderation & Enforcement

Moderators may take corrective actions including warnings, muting, suspensions, or restrictions.
Only Sasquatch-PTT, LLC leadership may approve permanent termination.

Accounts & Credentials

Accounts may not be shared or transferred. Users are responsible for all activity.

Service Activation & No Refund Policy

All activated services are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable.

Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or reliability.

Third-Party Network Dependency

The Service relies on third-party networks. Sasquatch-PTT, LLC is not responsible for outages or performance issues.

Emergency Services Disclaimer

Sasquatch-PTT, LLC is not a replacement for 911 or emergency systems.

Limitation of Liability

Sasquatch-PTT, LLC is not liable for damages, data loss, or service interruptions.

Right to Restrict or Terminate Access

Sasquatch-PTT, LLC may suspend or terminate access at its discretion.

Changes to Agreement

Sasquatch-PTT, LLC may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal law.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at the discretion of Sasquatch-PTT, LLC.
